The pharmaceutical giant Roche employs 80.000 people worldwide. In Belgium, this pharmaceutical company operates from two locations. For their site in Anderlecht, this customer dreamed of a new and pleasant working environment. In 2016, the renovation of their offices started. The former small spaces were completely stripped and gave way to beautiful, open areas. Group Jansen also put its weight behind this project and took care of the demolition works, installation of plasterboard ceilings and walls, painting works, etc. Even perfect acoustics were considered. Among other things, our strong people installed several glazed partitioning walls, creating an open feeling without noise pollution.

Result
Group Jansen stripped the inside of the building to the structural parts. Various floor types were installed on the new screed (cast floors, parquet flooring, carpet and tile floors). Good acoustics are very important to Roche. Therefore, in several areas this customer opted, among other things, for suspended ceilings made of metal slats and plasterboard with sound-absorbing properties. In the areas without these suspended ceilings, our strong people used a sound-absorbing spraying. Together with other elements, Group Jansen realised the perfect interior finishing. For instance, we divided the floors with plasterboard walls and glazed partitioning walls. Roche also turned to us for the high-quality joinery. The reception desk in solid sheet material based on minerals and synthetic resin became a real beauty.
