Martin’s Rentmeesterij

Bilzen

Mission

The City of Bilzen was looking for a new owner for the old steward’s house. The city council dreamed of a partner who wanted to renovate and operate this historic building. None other than Martin’s Hotels moved into Bilzen and started the hotel renovation, in collaboration with Group Jansen. The original steward’s house from the 13th century was given a nice modern extension. This new wing had to reconcile various authentic elements with the purity of today. A wonderful challenge!
