Famous pharmaceutical companies call on Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs, as well.
For the biotech project in Zwijnaarde, they chose our team for the set up no less than 900 m² of cleanrooms, GMP class B – C – D, and a technical area.
Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs was delighted to be involved in this project. In record time, our people produced a state-of-the-art facility for the development and production of cell therapy as treatment for certain types of cancer.

Result
A tight schedule calls for a well-thought-out approach. So Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs first built the outer shell of the cleanrooms, thus establishing a clear dividing line between the office space and the cleanroom area. After this, we installed the huge quantity of technology in a false ceiling with limited space and we fitted the air units, control equipment and control panels on the technical floor.
Another time saver?
To save time, we also divided the cleanroom area into various phases which we were able to finish independently of one another. Once again, a superb interior finish proved to be our calling card for this project.
We embedded appliances such as refrigerators into the walls. Biosafety cabinets, passboxes and cleanroom furniture for changing rooms and PALs were neatly installed. We also made the necessary preparations so that our customer could install the equipment as easily as possible once the project had been completed.
Once again, the commissioning and qualification went smoothly for each phase.
The result? A particularly satisfied team and a happy customer!
